Made from the third pressing of the grapes; sherry like with a gentler more grapey taste. Marvellous as a winter drink, before or after dinner and also good on a summer’s day, chilled with a lump of ice. Pretty dark golden pink colour, more fruity than sweet. Stock currently very limited.
